The Janine Lee Learning & Leadership Collaborative (formerly the Accelerating Equity Learning Collaborative) inspires and equips leaders to be social change agents who engage with the structural, relational, and transformational conditions of systems change to advance equity and justice within their organizations and communities. In 2024, the Collaborative was renamed to honor Janine Lee, who led Philanthropy Southeast for more than a decade and was a dedicated champion of philanthropy and its potential to transform lives and communities. The next cohort begins in January of 2025. The year long journey that will convene in multiple cities and online before culminating at the 2025 Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana.
